Either you or the Owner may seek any interim or preliminary relief from a State or federal court of competent jurisdiction in Atlanta, Georgia, as may be necessary to protect the rights or property of you or the Owner pending the completion of arbitration. You agree that any action to enforce this arbitration provision will be brought in the federal or state courts located in Atlanta, Georgia.

Governing Law; Jurisdiction; Venue; Severability of Provisions – The Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA and controlling United States Federal Law without regard to any conflicts of law provisions. If any provision is deemed by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unlawful or unenforceable, it will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
